Expressing Gratitude

How do you express your gratitude?

Some days it’s not so easy. You know you should be grateful but you just can’t be. There is no particular reason it’s just not your day.

We are told to wake early and do all these things that will make us better.

Yoga or work out

Write in journal

Drink water and lemon

De clutter

Meditate

Express gratitude

This ends up just stressing me out as if I’m unable to do this I feel like I’ve failed. Like I’ve not achieved what I should be.

That everyone’s doing this and looking and feeling wonderful.

So I don’t put the pressure on myself as somedays I’m just not feeling it.

Today I’m just grateful.
