You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

A perfect space would be a cabin at the end of my imaginary garden.

Where the view from one window would be the sea and the view from another would be a beautiful garden.

The garden would be filled with fruit trees and flowers that I could watch as the seasons passed.

It would be cozy in the winter and airy and light in the summer.

All my favourite books would line its walls and there would be a huge armchair with a foot stool.

A snug where I could read, contemplate and think about my next project.

On my solid oak desk facing the sea would be a computer and lots of pens and paper as despite using a Mac I still use a journal to collect my thoughts.

My dog would have a bed by my feet and my cats could come and go as they please.

This would be my place and mine alone.
