What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I walk everyday. A dog pushes you to do that. Walking gives you a strong start to the day. A chance to clear your mind. Reflect on the weekend or the week ahead,

I occasionally do big walks with friends. We chat about everything and anything and I genuinely think it’s as good as therapy.

I always feel better after walking.

I also enjoy yoga. It keeps me strong.

Over the years my body has changed.

I’m no longer the size 10 I always was. Although that does bother me it doesn’t bother me enough to do anything about it.

For me as you grow older strength is more important, bring flexible.

Yoga and breath work I think really help me. I like pushing myself seeing what I’m capable of.
