How do you manage screen time for yourself?
As much as I love social media I hate it just as much.
It can make you feel exhilarated and completely broken in equal measures.
If not careful it can suck you in to it’s world where time is irrelevant and before you know it an hours gone.
Just wasted watching irrelevant videos.
Videos that declare that you have to have a morning routine, your wardrobe must be colour coded you must cook from scratch each day.
If you do this exercise everyday at this time you will have the body you have always dreamed of.
For me I am careful as I know that these videos are not good for me.
They don’t motivate me or make me feel invigorated.
They are more self inflicted pressure that I don’t need.
I check news and social media with my morning coffee. I look forward to this quiet moment then I put my phone down.
I suppose I’m lucky, I grew up before social media took a hold.
I know what it’s like to sit there and be bored.
Social media definitely makes certain things easier but it doesn’t own me.
